Shop online from the comfort of your home and have your items ready for collection on visiting our stores.
Simply check availability on the product page and add to basket, then choose your preferred location during checkout. Once your order has been received, your chosen store will process your order and prepare your goods for collection. Once ready, the store will contact you to confirm that the items are ready to collect. You can then collect and pay for the order in store. Best of all the service is completely FREE.

How will I know my order is ready?
For every order we will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date. For accessories and clothing in stock at the chosen collection store, we will have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
If you order a bike we will contact you to confirm a collection date. We aim to build and test ride your bike in the quickest time possible, we allow 4 - 6 days if in stock at the warehouse. During peak times this process may take a little longer. Please note that bike orders will require a 10% deposit before we build your bike. We will contact you for payment after you've placed your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and then source it for you.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
When collecting your order please bring your confirmation email and photo ID with you. This proof of ID must be in the form of a current Passport, Driving Licence or Garda ID. Warning - should you fail to produce the required documentation at the point of collection, we will unfortunately not be able to release the goods to you at this time. No exceptions to this policy will be accepted. We will hold your order in store for 2 days subject to availability of stock, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
Can someone else collect my order?
Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
What happens if I arrive before receiving a confirmation email?
Unfortunately we may not have your items ready for collection so please wait for our confirmation email.
How do I cancel/amend my Reserve and Collect order?
