COVID 19 STORE INFORMATION:
We are still trading. It will not quite be business as normal but we will do our best to get you all out on your bikes again.
Demand is unprecedented and there continues to be a shortage of supply. We are finding that our staff and resources are currently stretched to their limits and we appreciate your understanding and patience at this time.
We would ask that you bear in mind our social distancing measures in store and we are continuing to limit customer numbers in the shop.
We expect there will be queues and we ask for your understanding and co-operation during this time.
A few suggestions can help us all
- You can phone or email to confirm that we have what you are looking for in stock or if your repair is ready for collection.
- In the interest of fairness to all customers, we would ask that you keep browsing to a minimum. Our website has a huge range of our bikes and you can access this 24/7
- We can take payment over the phone so that you are not help up any longer than necessary in store.
Please be aware that we are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of demand and we apologise that our response times may not be as quick as usual. If you cannot get through to us by phone, we recommend sending an email for all enquiries
